Joseph J. Zitolo
Joseph Zitolo is president and chief operating officer of the
Lemle & Wolff group of companies. He has twenty-five years experience in public and private accounting, where he specialized in the areas of taxation and real estate. His professional expertise encompasses the design, development and implementation of financial and management information systems.
After four years in the tax department of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company, Mr. Zitolo was one of the founding members of Kramer, Regen, Benz & Zitolo CPA's, P.C. In addition to administering to the traditional accounting, auditing and tax aspects of his clients' businesses, Mr. Zitolo became expert in syndication deals that involved the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. He was also the partner in charge of his firm's operations.
Mr. Zitolo joined
Lemle & Wolff, Inc., as a principal in 1999, and focuses his efforts on operations and fiscal matters. He is also Chairman of Harlem Gateway Corp., a not-for-profit entity that is seeking to establish a business improvement district in Harlem along Frederick Douglass Boulevard between 111th and 124th Streets.
Mr. Zitolo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New York State.
