Developments
During our 30 plus years of involvement in the affordable housing
sector, we have helped to develop the standards used in the rehabilitation
of buildings with tenants in occupancy, and have knowledge of the
requisites essential to rehabilitate and operate older buildings
successfully.
To date we have completed gut renovations of 55
buildings containing 1,011 dwelling units, and moderate
rehabilitations with tenants in occupancy of 41 buildings containing
1,739 dwelling units. In addition, we have done systems
upgrades in 11 buildings containing 459 apartments.
Lemle & Wolff, Inc. is familiar with various loan programs of
the New York
City Department of Housing Preservation & Development, the New
York City Housing Development Corporation, & the New York State
Division of Housing and Community Renewal. |
